World Environment Day

World Environment Day is the largest global platform for environmental public outreach and has been celebrated by millions of people across the world since 1973. World’s Environment Day is always celebrated on the 5th of June, annually. This year, it shall be hosted by Sweden. 

World Environment Day is led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) with the campaign slogan “Only One Earth” and the focus on “Living Sustainably in Harmony with Nature”.
